A Celebration of Shared Values and Vision
The commemorative gathering was more than just a tribute to the past—it was a heartfelt celebration of shared values and a collective vision for the future of education, international collaboration, and student empowerment. Representatives from CVCEC, Oxford College of Canada (OCC), and more than 18 leading education consultancy companies across Hanoi came together in honor of Vietnam’s 50th reunification anniversary. The event provided an opportunity to reflect on five decades of national development and international engagement, while also reaffirming a strong, ongoing commitment to creating meaningful cross-border educational pathways that empower Vietnamese students to become global citizens.
This special occasion also reinforced the importance of strengthening collaboration between Canadian institutions and Vietnam’s most trusted educational consulting firms. The photoshoot itself served as a powerful visual representation of the deepening ties between the Canadian education system and Vietnam’s growing study abroad ecosystem, especially as the country celebrates this important milestone in its history.
Oxford College of Canada, through the presence of its executive team, emphasized its proud track record in welcoming Vietnamese students and its continued investment in tailored academic programs that nurture both personal and academic growth. At the same time, CVCEC reaffirmed its mission to act as a cultural and educational bridge, fostering trust and long-term partnerships with both schools and consultancy organizations across Vietnam.
Looking forward, this symbolic gathering marks the beginning of several new joint initiatives. These include the promotion of summer and academic pathway programs for the 2025–2026 period, the development of strategic partnerships with top consultancy firms in Hanoi to offer scholarships, student mentorship, and cultural exchange programs, as well as the organization of commemorative events and campaigns that highlight the friendship between Canada and Vietnam and the vital role of international education in shaping a brighter future.
