This morning, Ms. Trang Phan, CEO of the Canada-Vietnam Cultural & Educational Council (CVCEC), had the great honor of meeting and engaging in a meaningful conversation with Mr. Trần Nhất Hoàng, Deputy Director of the International Cooperation Department, Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism.
Ms. Trang Phan expressed her gratitude for Mr. Hoàng’s support and encouragement, which has added motivation to the mission of developing and expanding cultural and educational projects that promote Vietnam’s image to the world.
