Today, Ms. Trang Phan and Ms. Ngo Thu Ha, BOD of the Canada-Vietnam Cultural & Educational Council (CVCEC), were honored to attend the closing ceremony of the Vietnamese Language and Cultural Experience Program for students from University of Wisconsin-Madison and American Councils, organized by Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
